Ingredients
Green Bell Pepper : 1 large sized (Chopped)
Onion : 1 large sized (Chopped)
Tomato : 2 large sized (Chopped)
Salt : According to taste
Black pepper powder : 2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala : 2 tsp (Optional)
Breads : Whole wheat or any of your choice
Green Chutney : 1 cup
Potato : 1 large sized (Boiled and sliced)
Cheese slices
Butter : For roasting sandwich
For topping:
Tomato ketchup
Jirawan masala : (Optional)
Sev : (Optional)
Directions
In a bowl, add chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt, black pepper powder and pav bhaji masala
Mix all these
Take a bread and spread green chutney on it
Take another bread and add prepared veggies, cheese slice and some potato slices on it
Put one bread on another and roast on low to medium flame on a pan using butter
You can also grill it if you like
Add tomato ketchup on top (sprinkle some jirawan masala and sev) and enjoy!!
